Elder Mediation Group was founded in 2008 by long-time mediator and mediation trainer Dana Curtis to provide mediation services and training in matters related to elders. Ms. Curtis’ extensive experience in this field has taught her that mediation has the potential to help elders, their families and their caregivers make important decisions or resolve controversies in ways that create stronger relationships and a greater sense of well-being.
Ms. Curtis has written widely on the subject of mediation. She is co-author of The ABA Guide to Elder Mediation, which will be published by the American Bar Association in April 2013. It will be one of the first books to be published on the subject of elder mediation.
